Shipping costs and policy

For your convenience Nevia Homehub will deliver Australia wide. If the option of free delivery is not available, the delivery fees are based on the products weight and your specified delivery postcode. When adding products to your shopping cart, please specify your delivery address location, in order for the shipping fees to be automatically calculated. (These fees are calculated based on third-party transport fees and charges). If you are satisfied with the cost, you may proceed to checkout.  Upon completion of your purchase and payment has been received an e-mail confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail address. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.

Nevia Homehub may use Australia post, as well as other third-party couriers and delivery services.

Delivery Times
Generally, handling and processing time is 1-2 business days, plus shipping time. We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Subject to the third-party carriers, shipping time is expected to be no more than 5 to 7 business days (Deliveries are between Monday and Fridays) therefore in total it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for the product to be received at the address specified by you during the purchase process.

All efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the product/s to the customer as quickly as possible on all occasions. Processing and delivery times may be extended for orders placed over public holidays, and weekends.

For WA, far north QLD, NT and remote country areas, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for delivery. Any special delivery instructions should be added to your notes or emailed directly to info@neviahomehub.com.

Policy

Risk and title of the goods passes to you upon delivery or upon collection by you.  The third-party couriers will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at the couriers discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of the Third-Party Courier in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:

A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
C. where it is not left at the delivery address and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
