In order to place a customer order, you are required to complete the customer information. We collect credit card information only for the purpose of processing your order/s. All purchases are made via credit card or paypal.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Nevia Homehub provides payment via credit card or paypal online. Unless otherwise agreed, in order to receive the goods you have ordered, payment must be received by Nevia Homehub by this method. Upon receipt of payment, Nevia Homehub will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods, including the additional fees for delivery. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is processed and approved, including delivery fee.
Once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed the order will be processed. Nevia Homehub will deliver Australia wide. If the option of free delivery is not available, the delivery fees are based on the products weight and postcode. Nevia Homehub may use Australia post, as well as third-party couriers and delivery services. Generally, handling and processing is 1-2 business days, plus shipping time. Shipping time is expected to be no more than 5 business days, therefore in total it may take up to 7 business days for the product to reach you. All efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the product/s to the customer as quickly as possible in all occasions. Processing and delivery times may be extended over public holidays and weekends. Any special delivery instructions should be added to your notes, or emailed directly at email@example.com.
Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery or upon collection by you.

Whilst we endeavour to have all listed products available at the time of listing or ordering, there may be circumstances where stock levels have changed. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by us at any time.

We do not offer refunds, however, if your product is damaged upon receipt, or you have received the incorrect product, you must take a photo and contact us immediately, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s).
Please do not dispose of the item(s) or packaging until we have approved in writing for you to do so and/or exchanged it.
We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue an exchange or replacement. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit, we will cover all transport costs. If it is determined that the goods were correct or the damage occurred in your possession, you will be charged the transport costs.
